As Head of Engineering, my mission was to modernize the MerciYanis tech stack and eliminate productivity bottlenecks.

• Scalable Serverless Architecture: Built a serverless architecture on Azure to handle over 500,000 events generated by Lone Worker Protection devices.
• Seamless Infrastructure Migration: From OVH bare-metal infrastructure to a PaaS model, migrating over 400 databases.
• Data Continuity: Ensured Data Continuity During Downtime by Implementing an Event Gateway.
• Enhanced Monitoring and Documentation: Set up robust monitoring with New Relic and Sentry, documented architecture using Terraform, and optimized data pipelines by implementing Apache Airflow.
• CI/CD & DX: Created a CI/CD pipeline for automatic PaaS deployment, enriched the developer environment with simulated data, and streamlined setup for new developers.
• Management: Worked closely with the CTO to identify and resolve both technical and managerial bottlenecks.
